Returns & Exchanges
Items purchased in “New” condition online may be returned for a full refund, credit or exchange within 10 business days, provided the items are in resalable condition.
Items that are returned after 10 business days will be considered for store credit or exchange only. Items purchased in store must be returned within 5 business days.
New items must be returned unused and in the original packaging. Larger orders and Special orders may be subject to a 20% re-stocking fee.
Customized orders or Special orders are evaluated on a case by case basis and may not be eligible for refund or exchange. All Returns must be sent to 360 Magnetic Dr, Toronto ON M3J 2C4 and all customers are responsible for shipping costs.
Items received "Damaged" as a result of shipping must be reported within 3 days, and will be replaced free of charge.
All returns and exchanges must be approved by management.
