In order to ensure your retail display or storage solution is a complete success, we can assist with many aspects of selecting, ordering, delivering and installing your store fixtures. The following is a list of services that our team of experts can provide:
Delivery & Shipping
Acme can arrange delivery or shipping for our customers in the GTA at an additional cost. For customers outside of the Greater Toronto Area, we can also arrange shipping via our network or trusted courier and cartage companies. Shipping and delivery costs will be based on the size of your order, its weight, and the destination to which the order will be shipped.
Store Fixture Installation
For our customers within the GTA, we can arrange installation of your store fixtures at an additional cost. Installation fees will be based on the number of fixtures/shelving to be installed, the location where they will be installed, and the labour involved. Please call us for accurate pricing.
Our team is pleased to offer store planning services at no additional cost. Acme can assist with the layout and design of your space, obtaining measurements and budgeting to ensure your project is a success.
For no additional cost, our experts can provide a security consultation to recommend the ideal security equipment for your retail store, warehouse or other facility. An Acme team member can assist with layouts, budgeting and more.
Security System Installation
After you purchase retail security equipment, our specialists can install your system for an additional fee. Please contact us directly for pricing.
A 25% deposit may apply for special orders on items that we do not keep in stock. Customization of certain fixtures, such as cutting, painting, welding (not chrome) and altering finishes may result in additional costs.
Store Fixture Rentals
Please call Acme for pricing on our available rental items. Typically, our store fixture rentals are between 35-50 percent of the retail costs, per week, depending on the items you select.
Purchase of Used Items
We consider many factors when we purchase used items from customers, including our current inventory levels, the condition of your fixtures and quality of your fixtures. We encourage interested customers to contact our purchaser via email at email@example.com. Please include photos of the items you wish to sell along with any questions you may have.
Refurbishing Used Items
An additional cost may apply for the refurbishing of our used items for sale. Please note that we only refurbish items sold at Acme. Our services include cleaning, painting, replacement of parts and more.
